Ladystyle.co.uk it's actually a pretty trustworthy website I was a little hesitant at first my dress came it looked beautiful but the details were a bit different but beautiful and the quality of dress was really nice however be careful on the size wise mine needs to be sorted so it's tighter

  I ordered my prom dress front this website, and it came a few weeks ago. It's absolutely gorgeous, a little different detailing, but gorgeous. I completely recommend them, however don't get caught out on it being from Hong Kong! Didn't realise this at the beginning, so it came as quite a shock that I had to pay another ��30 odd for the shipment fee's. Lovely website though, and lovely dress.

  Awful dress - looked nothing like what I ordered and yet they refused a refund. I will pursue legal action.

  I have order 2 dress, which i never have done it, I regret it and customer service terrible and they do not understand what are you saying most of time. Please be careful and do not order anything and I will be taking legal action soon. I order two dress for 2 different wedding, i missed one wedding because they can not delivery to me time they promise to me then i have second wedding on 15th march and i have not got any dress for that too. You tell me can you trust this site? I even paid extra money to me express service!! I had very bad experience with them. They have made a mistake by not understand the customers and they do what they like. I have requested to be full refund and that never happen instead they are threaten me by cutting 50% off it, even so its not my mistake and every time they communicate with different person not know what happening and they saying yes will be delivered on time? Please dont be foul like me

2. how about the delivery speed? Is it procrastinating?

3. Is it convenient to refund? Do you know that sometimes the goods delivered are not right?

4. Is it convenient to exchange goods? Do you provide a perfect way of exchange.

5. When I have questions, can I contact the customer service staff of the website LadyStyle.co.uk in time? I don't want to wait long.

6. Is payment safe? I don't want to shop on a scammer's website, so you must at least keep LadyStyle.co.uk safe.

7. Please keep my personal information and payment information confidential. I don't want to report the loss to the credit card bank. Fortunately, I haven't encountered these things yet.
