  I am beyond happy with my dress. It was elegant, beautiful and just so AMAZING. I would say just go for it if you are doubting about purchasing a dress from JoinProm. I know i had my doubts but i fell in love with it once i tried it on. A few alterations needed but nothing to bad.

  Ok so i looked and looked for a dress for my wedding and i found and fell in love with this one. I was very hesitant to order off this site but I DID and I am VERY HAPPY with the results. I am a Plus Size woman and the dress was custom made to my measurements and I received the dress 18 days from order date and it fits great for making it site unseen. I do have to have just a couple things altered (Very Minor) but it is beautiful and will look great for my Special Day! Thank you to ALL who worked so well with me to make my dress - You Girls ARE THE BEST!

  We ordered a burgundy mermaid prom dress and were so pleased with the finished product. It looked exactly like the picture and the custom measurements were good but we had to get some minor alterations to the sleeves since those were not included in the measurements. Overall, we were extremely satisfied and felt like we'd have paid several hundred dollars more if we'd have bought the same dress in-store. We paid extra for the rush delivery and it even came two days earlier than expected.

  I love I love my dress so much , great quality and very stunning. I recommend this site but when ordering be sure to do custom measures and make sure the fabrics color matches with the shade you want because it differs for every fabric

  Okay so i read all of these and was really nervous to order my prom dress from here. But i didnt have anytime to actually go look for one so i took the risk. I ordered my dress on April 13th and recieved on April 28th i spoke to someone on the live chat and they helped me a lot. I recieved my dress and it is absolutely perfect!! I love it very much it fits my body perfectly. Im so happy with it and cant wait to wear it at prom

  I order I navy blue dres with a low back and the dress came just like in the picture the quality of the dress was wonderful and the sender kept sending me updates about the dress so if your thinks about ordering from here I think you should

  NEVER EVER EVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY I was extremely excited to buy a custom sized prom dress for such an amazing price but these are cheaply made dresses and they do not go off your sizing! I have been emailing them for over a month trying to get a refund and all they can say is "Hope you can forget the subtle error and just keep it". They don't stick to any of their own policies and the customer service is terrible!!!

  I was totally suprised at the time it took to receive the dress. My daugh get is a size sexy so we ordered a 24. We didn't premeasure so it was big in the bust and the sleeves were too small. After some alterartions she was flawless. She was beat for the gods. I will always order from join prom for gowns. I just know to send measurements. Team Join Prom for life!

  We had precisely the same experience. We ordered a 6 and it fit my daughter's friend who is a size 2. They tell you to get it fixed "in local"; however, there is no way to make a dress larger. Will not exchange or refund our money.

At least what I want to know:

1. Is the quality of the goods I bought very good?

2. how about the delivery speed? Is it procrastinating?

3. Is it convenient to refund? Do you know that sometimes the goods delivered are not right?

4. Is it convenient to exchange goods? Do you provide a perfect way of exchange.

5. When I have questions, can I contact the customer service staff of the website JoinProm.com in time? I don't want to wait long.
