It is all I can do to urge everyone to use a different website. I did not receive my order in a timely fashion and when I did get it, it was not as advertised. To make matters worse, the design was somehow ruined. When I contacted the company, they refused to send me a new one and instead offered a mere 20% promo code or refund for a cup that I'd be embarra**ed to use. Do not use this company. If there's an error, their attitude is, "oh well, screw you".

  Okay but I Love My Skeleton cup! So perfect for these hot summers especially drinking from it at pool parties! :) Anyway, Ideal love did everything in their power for me to get my cup after it getting lost once, sent to a different address, and then finally arriving it to me. She took ownership into their hands making a complaint to USPS and even offered my cup a discount for the incovenience! Thats amazing! Customer service on HIGH LEVEL! I will be ordering another one soon :)
