Did not know it was see through throughout the whole top besides the boob area. Had padding which was nice so no bra needed. I got in 1 size larger but it was a bit big, so get normal size. It does show a lot of cleavage so if you,e not into that than this dress isn, for you. Overall pretty dress, slightly heavy and noisy but comfortable.
