I ordered 4 dresses from bindoro.com and 2 of them didn’t fit right. I simply wanted to return them, but I had to hunt for the email for returns, then I had to wait for an email with 10 steps to return the dresses and I had to pay the shipping. Then they never contacted me until I asked about it, 3 weeks after the tracking said it was received. Then I got emails back and forth with the amount to be returned minus this or that. I finally just agreed to the amount (less than what I paid) just to get it over with. DO NOT order from them unless you have tons of time to email back and forth and want less than you paid back.

  Do not buy from this company, returning anything is a nightmare. They charged me $41 for shipping after I returned merchandise. I got an email saying my refund was $71 but got charged $4. For two dresses, over 50% shipping. From Chicago to Rosedale, NY. They also keep trying to get you to keep merchandise which I believe is a stalling technique so you will run out of time on return window.

This is a scam unless you keep clothing

5. When I have questions, can I contact the customer service staff of the website bindoro.com in time? I don't want to wait long.

6. Is payment safe? I don't want to shop on a scammer's website, so you must at least keep bindoro.com safe.
