I have so been wanting a cold shoulder dress, but could not find one that filled the bill. Finally got this one and I love it. It is just as pictured, true to size, with just a bit of stretch, and power stitching on all seams. The fabric is slightly courser than I thought it would be, but is still quite comfy, and should soften up with a wash or two. I love the feel on my shoulders, and the ruffled sleeves add just enough pizazz.
